  • Passage – Les Cornettes

    The great-grandchildren of Les Cornettes restaurant founder, Jérémy Trincaz and his sister Virginie, studied at Savoie Léman hotel and catering school. In "Hundred years of tradition”, we could notice the strictness and precision of the education.

    Today, Jérémy and Virginie are officially partners and managing the restaurant. Their parents, Bernard and Sylvie were working along side the siblings, respectively in the kitchen and the dining room. They were making sure of a smooth transition of the family restaurant until Bernard passed away October 5th, 2016.

    Through the Trincaz’s work ethics and ideas, the family supports a network of suppliers and seasonal workers in the valley. The objective of this photo series is to discover and show the long integrity of apprenticeship and transmission, integrated in the local activity.
